Qualifications
- Experience working with young adults (ideally in education).
- Ability to work flexibly across departments and remotely if needed.
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
- GCSE English and Mathematics at Level 2 (A-C) or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and access the curriculum.
- Assist with assignments, exam preparation, and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
- Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
- Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment.
