Sifton Properties is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Representative to join the Berkshire team. You will greet visitors, answer calls, provide information, and support leasing processes with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have outstanding customer service, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a busy front-desk environment, with flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to focus on customers of all demographics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM tools is an asset.
• Experience in a busy front desk or call centre environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors.
• Provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate party.
• Coordinate and support leasing-related activities and appointments.
• Provide administrative support (renewals, receipts, reports).
