Berkshire Residential Investments in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant. You will lead your team to drive property success, energize the leasing office, and help prospective residents find their perfect homes.

The ideal candidate loves people, can seal deals with a healthy closing ratio, and communicates clearly in English. You will stay aware of local market trends and contribute ideas to improve resident satisfaction and property marketing.

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable customer service experience.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Able to adapt to new technologies.
• Able to maintain a professional and friendly leasing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to drive property success and guide the leasing office.
• Aim for a closing ratio of at least 20% and seal the deal with prospects.
• Maintain professional resident communications in person and in writing.
• Monitor local market conditions and contribute ideas to marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
