Specialist Group is seeking a professional, organised and personable Front of House / Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and enquiries, creating a welcoming, professional experience.

The role focuses on reception and front-of-house duties, with flexible administrative support across the business; you will help organise meetings, handle enquiries and support day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people.
  • Strong communication skills both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Well organised with good attention to detail.
  • Able to manage several tasks and changing priorities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Willing to provide administrative support across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and other external stakeholders.
  • Welcome visitors to the business in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Monitor incoming general emails and ensure enquiries are responded to or directed appropriately.
  • Manage visitor sign-in and other relevant front-of-house procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception/front-of-house environment.
  • Handle general enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and reception area.
