Temporary Project Coordinator! 🌟

We are working with a leading organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional services, and we're on the lookout for a proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Hessle, Hull. Position: Project Coordinator
Job Type: Temporary
Location: Hessle, HU13 (free parking on site)
Pay Rate: £14-£14.50 per hour
Hours: 9am-5pm (flexi hours)
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing

Christmas availability required!
Polish speaking ideal though not required

Key Responsibilities
  • 🤝 Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries and project requirements.
  • 📊 Keep our database updated with technician details, live vacancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • 💼 Approve expenses up to £250 and track costs meticulously.
  • ✍️ Create detailed Work Assignments for technicians.
  • 📞 Follow up with recruitment teams regarding conversations with technicians for live vacancies.
  • 📂 Send technician profiles to clients and monitor feedback.
  • 🔍 Identify and coordinate new technicians, ensuring they are project-ready.
  • 📄 Onboard new technicians, including contract issuance and compliance checks.
  • 📅 Monitor the expiry of technician training courses and arrange bookings as necessary.
  • 📜 Maintain an up-to-date database of compliance documents, including training certificates.
  • 🔄 Keep track of changes to technician contracts.
