You will handle customer enquiries, manage deliveries and returns, maintain accurate records, and support colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or order processing.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with handling refunds, returns and customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via the support platform.
• Liaise with warehouse/logistics to resolve delivery issues.
• Manage courier communications and track deliveries.
• Process returns and refunds per procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems.
• Support other teams with ad hoc admin tasks.
