You'll handle online customer messages about orders, deliveries and returns with clear written communication and problem-solving skills in a digital support environment.

Qualifications

• Digital & tech confidence to navigate multiple browser tabs and online portals.
• Fast, accurate typing with high attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear, empathetic messages to customers.
• Strong team mindset with reliability and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer online customer messages regarding order status, deliveries and returns in a helpful, professional tone.
• Track packages on third-party courier websites and update customers.
• Document interaction details accurately on internal Customer App memos.
• Submit courier delivery investigation requests when required.
• Work towards individual quality and productivity targets in a supportive team environment.
