Responsibilities

• Answer online customer messages regarding orders, deliveries and returns.
• Track packages on third-party courier sites and update customers.
• Document interaction details on internal memos.
• Submit courier delivery investigation requests when needed.
• Work toward quality and productivity targets in a team.
