We are hiring temporary Customer Support Operators to join our team at our city centre Head Office, starting with full paid induction training throughout October.

This is a digital support role (non-telephone) where you will handle online customer messages regarding orders, deliveries, and returns using clear written communication and problem-solving skills.

The Role Scope

Answering online customer messages regarding order status, deliveries, and returns in a helpful, professional tone.

Tracking packages on third-party courier websites and updating customers.
