Anderson Recruitment Ltd in Pershore, Worcestershire is seeking a temporary Warehouse Customer Service Administrator to support the team in processing a high volume of orders ahead of Christmas.

The role covers order processing, dispatch coordination, returns handling, corporate orders, and handling customer queries by phone, email and live chat. Strong numeracy and computerised systems skills are essential; flexibility to cover weekend shifts from late November to December is required.

• Flexible in adapting to changing workloads and recording information accurately.

Responsabilités

• Process orders and coordinate dispatch.
• Process returns and manage exchanges where applicable.
• Place corporate orders and liaise with corporate clients.
• Handle customer queries via phone, email and live chat.
• Produce quotations and advise on products that suit.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
