Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to start immediately on a temporary basis for 6 to 8 weeks. The role focuses on coordinating installations, bookings, and client communications to keep projects running smoothly.

You will manage schedules, liaise by phone and email, and provide proactive updates to customers while supporting remedial works in a small, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or coordination role.
• Experience managing schedules, bookings, or team coordination.
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette with a professional, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience in construction, glazing, or home improvement would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating window and door installations, booking installation and remedial visits with the team.
• Managing installation team diaries to optimise travel distance and time efficiency.
• Arranging and coordinating parts required for installations and visits.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers by telephone and email throughout their project, providing ongoing updates.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly, supporting customers through remedial works and post-installation requirements.
