Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or coordination role.
• Experience scheduling, bookings, or team coordination.
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette with a professional approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills for multiple projects.
• Experience in construction, glazing, or home improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating installation and remedial visits with the team.
• Managing installation team diaries to optimise travel distance and time.
• Arranging and coordinating parts required for installations and visits.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers by telephone and email with updates.
• Handling enquiries and resolving issues, supporting remedial works and post-installation needs.
