Rubicon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator in Poole for a 6 to 8 week temporary position. The role focuses on coordinating installations, managing team diaries, and maintaining proactive customer communications from day one.

• Overseeing and coordinating window and door installations, booking installation and remedial visits with the team.
• Managing installation team diaries to optimise travel distance and time efficiency.
• Arranging and coordinating parts required for installations and visits.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers by telephone and email throughout their project, providing ongoing updates.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly, supporting customers through remedial works and post-installation requirements.
