The successful candidate will have housing experience, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to manage stress and confrontation professionally. Immediate start with hybrid working (2-4 days in office, 1 day remote).

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering housing services.
• Ability to remain resilient under pressure and handle confrontation professionally.
• Willingness to travel across the patch to support clients.

Aufgaben

• Manage rent accounts and minimise debts.
• Safeguard tenants and identify support needs.
• Manage placements and movements of clients to maximise suitable accommodation.
• Provide duty in the office completing license agreements, occupational contracts and housing benefit forms.
• Be able to travel around on patch.
