Portfolio HR & Reward are seeking a HR Advisor on a temporary basis to join their team in Bradford, on site two days per week. The role offers an hourly rate of £20-£22 plus holiday pay and a supportive, forward thinking environment.

The successful candidate will manage complex employee relations, support line managers on absence cases, and assist employees in returning to work, thriving in a busy, culture-driven business.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex employee relations cases, especially sickness.
• Highly organised and strong communication skills.
• Available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support the backlog of long-term sickness absences.
• Provide support to line managers and senior leaders regarding absence cases.
• Work with individuals to support them returning to work.
