HR Advisor needed in Bradford

This is a temporary role and the rate is £22.20ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need significant proven experience of managing complex sickness absence cases. They should have excellent organisational skills and relationship management skills as they will be providing dedicated HR specialist advice and support to line managers by advising on and reducing the legacy sickness absence backlog.

Working directly with managers to manage Legacy ER cases and support employees to return to work as soon as possible. Providing a detailed focus on long term sickness absence cases.
