Job summary

• Proven HR Advisory experience and excellent organisational skills.
• Strong background in managing complex sickness absence cases.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to line managers on sickness absence and employee relations.
• Manage and progress long-term sickness absence cases in line with policies and legislation.
• Support managers through absence management processes, including return-to-work planning and case reviews.
• Build effective working relationships with managers and employees to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely case management.
