SelectRecruitment.je is recruiting Customer Experience Advisors for a peak period on a temp/contract basis. You’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, responding to queries, resolving issues efficiently, and recording interactions accurately.

These roles run from August through February with a flexible mix of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, late nights and weekends, between 6am and 8pm. Experience across email, live chat and social channels is a plus.
