Job summary

Elizabeth Scarlett is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor to handle customer inquiries during the peak period. You’ll manage orders, returns and exchanges with warmth, and help customers across email and chat in a high-volume period.

Hybrid working is offered (2–3 days in the office) with remote work possible for the right candidate. The role is fixed-term, typically 9:00–17:30 hours, around 330 hours total from late October to December.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an online environment is essential.
• Experience working with personal KPIs or targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries across email and chat in Gorgias with warmth and clarity.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges and general questions, resolving issues first time where possible.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate teams and flag unusual problems.
• Support the CX team through peak trading moments, including Black Friday and Christmas.
• Bring proactive problem-solving energy to every interaction.
