Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team in Crewe. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service and supporting customers throughout their journey.

The successful candidate will communicate confidently, be organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with occasional weekend work. This is a temporary ongoing position.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Making outgoing calls to customers where required.
• Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Dealing with customer queries, complaints and requests.
• Providing accurate information and resolving issues wherever possible.
• Processing customer orders and updating relevant systems.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and information.
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and other departments to resolve customer queries.
• Following up on customer enquiries and ensuring they are dealt with promptly.
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders or queries.
• Providing a friendly and professional customer experience at all times.
• Completing general administration and data entry as required.
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc duties.
