Job summary

TES, an environment-focused engineering company, is recruiting a Contracts Administrator for a 12-month temporary maternity cover in Cookstown. You will support the contracts manager with compliance, data controls, and cost forecasts, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and help monitor and report KPIs for the contract.

The role requires strong IT skills, organisation, and prior experience in a similar position.

• Excellent IT skills with spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to organise and prioritise work
• Experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Support the contracts manager with compliance, data and information for project controls and cost forecasts
• Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers
• Monitor reports and KPIs relating to contract administration and assist in contract reviews
• Organise and manage labour information for reactive and planned maintenance works
• Compile and forward maintenance reports to clients
• Attend meetings with clients when required
• Organise materials to meet contractual programme of works
• Order materials and raise purchase orders to ensure invoicing
• Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure requests are handled within SLAs
• Ensure engineers' paperwork is completed on time
• Any other duties within capability
