Job summary

SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Water Consultancy and Equipment team in Thame. This maternity-cover role focuses on administering contracts and coordinating engineers and sub-contractors.

You will manage RAMS, purchase orders, and supplier communications, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain schedules using MS Office. This is a fixed-term position to September 2027, offering a structured development path and a supportive, disability-confident

• Scheduling of Works - Booking engineers and Sub-contractors works with clients.
• Contractual Chemical and consumables ordering.
• Raising Purchase Orders to sub contractors and suppliers where required.
• Sending RAMS and reports.
• Managing allocated engineers schedules.
• Managing Tracker and Diary for specific work Type – contracts.
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients.

Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of Water Treatment. We are now looking for aService Coordinator – Fixed-Term Contractto maintain the administration around contracts. This is afixed-term position to provide maternity cover until September 2027

Your challenge will include:
