Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd, in partnership with a respected groundcare business, seeks an experienced Telesales/Inside Sales Representative to grow the UK territory without cold calling, focusing on B2B sales of groundcare machinery, tools and parts.

You will work with a field sales colleague to drive revenue, earn uncapped commissions from day one, and benefit from generous holiday entitlement and training support.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telesales or inside sales.
• Strong communication and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Navision.
• Understanding of groundcare or related equipment is a plus.
• Team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop UK territory via telephone relationships.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate information.
• Own lead generation and conversion within defined territory.
• Stay updated on products and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Field Sales partner to grow revenue.
