GBR Recruitment Ltd are partnering with a respected Groundcare machinery & parts business to hire a Field Sales Manager. The role covers the Midlands and surrounding counties, managing existing accounts and winning new business with a diary and home-based flexibility.

You will drive targets across groundcare machinery and attachments, grow market presence, and deliver customer service while promoting high quality products to farmers and agri businesses UK wide.

Formación

• Proven grounds maintenance machinery sales experience.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong knowledge of groundcare products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve territory sales targets across designated regions.
• Build long-term Groundcare business relationships.
• Liaise with farmers and organisations professionally.
• Own lead generation and conversion within defined territory.
• Attend industry exhibitions and trade shows representing the company.
