GBR Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a field-based Groundcare machinery sales Manager to cover Birmingham, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire. The role focuses on expanding sales revenue, margins, and market presence across dedicated territories.

You will manage your own diary, travel across the region, and drive sustained account development with potential for uncapped earnings. Prior groundcare / agricultural machinery sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven grounds maintenance, groundcare machinery sales experience with targets.
• Ability to manage a defined territory and grow customer base.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across the designated territory (Birmingham, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire & Bedfordshire).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and brands.
• Identify and convert new opportunities; manage leads and CRM data.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows; monitor industry trends.
