GBR Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a respected Groundcare machinery and parts business seeking a Field Sales Manager to cover Birmingham, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire. You will develop sales, margins and market presence, while managing your own diary from a field-based role.

The role targets growth across 1,000+ clients, with significant earnings potential through uncapped commission and ongoing career development within a premier agri machinery

Qualifications

• Proven grounds maintenance, groundcare, greenkeeping machinery sales experience with targets.
• Ability to manage a wide territory and overnight travel.
• Experience with CRM systems (Navision ideal).

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets across designated counties.
• Build long-term Groundcare business relationships.
• Lead generation and conversion within territory; attend exhibitions and trade shows.
