Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd in partnership with a leading agricultural business is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to grow the farming machinery division across the UK. Role features remote working from home, uncapped commission, and a large client base.

You will build B2B relationships with farmers and agribusinesses, drive targets, and collaborate with a field sales partner to expand UK coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B agribusiness sales or farming machinery is preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals over the phone.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reports to track targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within defined UK territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agricultural companies and farmers over the phone.
• Own lead generation, qualify opportunities, and convert to sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and participate in training days.
