Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd is partnered with a leading groundcare business, seeking an experienced Telesales/Inside Sales Representative to develop the UK groundcare market. The role focuses on selling thousands of tools, machinery and parts through a no-cold-calling approach, working alongside a Field Sales partner to grow area sales.

You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets, expanding current accounts and winning new business across the defined territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, with no cold calling required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within budget and margins.
• Build long-term relationships over the telephone with target companies.
• Own lead generation and conversion within defined UK territories.
• Keep knowledge up to date on products and industry trends.
• Record activity in the CRM system and participate in sales meetings.
