Job summary

Direct365 is seeking a driven Telesales Executive in Skelmersdale to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert enquiries to sales and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll work within a high-energy team focused on achieving targets and expanding cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasises professional telephone communication, CRM discipline and a proactive, resilient attitude in a fast-paced environment. Mon-Fri 37.5 hours with competitive base plus OTE is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven Telesales or contact centre sales experience.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• A professional and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, resilient and positive attitude.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and web enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Proactively make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Identify and maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on all prospects in a timely manner.
• Accurately record customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Work towards and achieve sales, conversion and activity targets.
• Complete required documentation and compliance processes.
• Contribute positively to a supportive, high-performing team environment.
