Direct365 is seeking a confident Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Skelmersdale. The role combines inbound and outbound sales, building relationships and closing deals with SME customers.

You will manage the full sales cycle, hit targets and develop long-term customer relationships using CRM systems and MS Office. The package includes a £26,000 base with £32,000 OTE, Monday to Friday, plus benefits such as Virtual GP, free parking and training.

Qualifications

• Proven telesales or contact centre sales experience.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Professional and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resilient and positive attitude.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and web enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Proactively make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Identify and maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on all prospects promptly.
• Record customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Work towards and achieve sales, conversion and activity targets.
• Complete required documentation and compliance processes.
• Contribute positively to a supportive, high-performing team environment.
