• Previous telesales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong verbal, written and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails and web enquiries, alongside outbound follow-up activity.
• Provide quotations and information on products and services.
• Build strong relationships with business decision-makers and overcome barriers to sale.
• Maximise revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of short and long-term prospects.
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Manage scheduled call-backs and customer expectations throughout the sales process.
• Work towards sales, conversion and activity KPIs.
• Complete required compliance documentation and risk assessments.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative "One Team" culture focused on continuous improvement.
