As a Technology Support Manager for the Critical Business Recovery Team at Lloyds Banking Group, you will work alongside a dedicated team of seven Engineers, all reporting to the Engineering Lead for Enterprise Services. Your mission will be to enhance and support the infrastructure that underpins the safeguarding and recovery capability - a vital resource for ensuring the rapid recovery of crucial business services in the face of major corruption, cyber incidents, or ransomware attacks.
Critical Business Recovery is a strategic pillar in Lloyds Banking Group’s operational resilience. The infrastructure you will help shape and support enables the organisation to maintain continuity and respond swiftly to unexpected disruptions, directly contributing to the bank’s ability to serve millions of customers securely and reliably, even in times of crisis.
