Qualifications

• At least 7+ years experience managing technology teams responsible for platform operations.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience delivering greenfield builds and stabilising production systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and stability of the bank's platforms.
• Lead, coach, and develop in-house and offshore platform support.
• Define and enforce architectural principles and governance frameworks.
