Responsibilities
  • Responsible and accountable for the health and safety of the specialist ward and laboratory.
  • Manage inventory, stock control and issuance of classroom materials to support teaching staff.
  • Support small groups of learners with practical skills and progress.
  • Lead and manage the relevant areas and stock, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Support the department with learner’s progress, experience and practical skills, leading to wider participation and excellent achievement in various vocational courses offered in the department.

  • Proven experience of supporting in the industry or a science environment, ideally within FE.
  • Relevant curriculum specialism.
