Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and improve the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic business solutions, keeping content current and engaging.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical training content, including digital resources, exercises and scenarios.
• Deliver selected training sessions when required, focusing on content quality and learning outcomes.
• Work with subject matter experts and guest speakers to ensure consistency of message.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and best practices to enhance the programme.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable learning content supporting Consulting.
