Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and manage our training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions. The role involves creating engaging technical content, developing digital resources, and working with experts to ensure client-ready learning materials.

• Strong experience coordinating, managing and creating technical training content in a professional services or technical business environment.
• Learning and development perspective with ability to enhance training materials and learning journeys.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible learning content.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, managing and improving the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic business solutions, ensuring learning content remains current, relevant and engaging
• Creating and maintaining high quality technical training content, including digital learning resources, practical exercises, scenarios and supporting materials
• Delivering selected training sessions where appropriate, while keeping the emphasis on programme coordination, content quality and learning improvement
• Working with subject matter experts and experienced colleagues who act as guest speakers, coordinating their contributions, briefing them clearly and ensuring consistency of message
• Evaluating training effectiveness and using feedback, learner insight and L&D best practice to improve the quality, consistency and impact of the programme
• Building and maintaining a library of reusable learning content that supports Consulting and strengthens the overall training programme
