Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and manage the training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions. You will create and enhance technical training materials and work with subject matter experts to bring real-world client insights into learning content.

The role balances content development with some training delivery, focusing on programme coordination, quality, and continuous improvement across Consulting. Hybrid working and a broad benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and improve the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions.
• Create and maintain high quality training content including digital resources and scenarios.
• Deliver selected training sessions when appropriate while focusing on coordination and content quality.
• Coordinate guest speakers, briefing and aligning messages across the programme.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and best practices to improve quality and impact.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable learning content.
