Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and enhance the Risk and Forensic training programme, translating technical subject matter into clear, engaging learning content and supporting ongoing CPD.

The role focuses on programme coordination and content quality over frontline delivery, with some sessions, and involves working with SME contributors across the business to build a library of reusable learning resources that improve consistency and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience coordinating, managing and creating technical training content in a professional services or technical environment.
• Strong learning and development perspective to enhance materials and learning journeys.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and translate knowledge into accessible content.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and improve the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions, keeping content current and engaging.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical training content and digital learning resources.
• Deliver selected training sessions where appropriate while prioritising programme coordination and learning improvement.
• Coordinate guest speakers and ensure consistent messaging across contributions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and best practices to improve quality and impact.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable learning content to support Consulting.
