Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and manage our central training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions. You will translate technical subject matter into clear, engaging learning content and contribute to ongoing CPD, with occasional training delivery.

You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and colleagues across the business to build high-quality materials, maintain a library of reusable resources, and continually improve learning experiences for our

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, managing and creating technical training content within a professional services or technical environment.
• Strong learning and development perspective with the ability to enhance training materials and learning journeys.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, accessible terms.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, managing and improving the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
• Creating and maintaining high-quality technical training content, including digital resources, practical exercises and scenarios.
• Delivering selected training sessions where appropriate, while prioritising programme coordination and content quality.
• Briefing guest speakers and coordinating their contributions to ensure consistency of message.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and using feedback and best practice to improve quality and impact.
• Building and maintaining a library of reusable learning content across Consulting.
