RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and enhance our Risk and Forensic training offerings, translating complex technical topics into clear content. This role emphasizes programme management, content quality and continuous improvement.

You will work with subject matter experts to develop reusable learning assets, deliver select sessions when appropriate, and help build a consistent, high-quality learning experience across Consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, creating technical training content in professional services.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and produce accessible material.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and improve the technical training programme.
• Create and maintain high-quality training content and materials.
• Deliver selected sessions when needed, focusing on coordination and quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and guest speakers, briefing them clearly.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
