Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to translate technical content into clear learning materials and to coordinate the training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions. The role involves creating engaging materials and working with experts to bring real-world client insight.

The successful candidate will apply learning and development best practices, build a high-quality content library and may deliver selected sessions, contributing to a scalable learning experience.

• Experience coordinating, managing and creating technical training content within a professional services environment.
• Strong learning and development perspective to enhance materials and learning journeys.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and translate specialist knowledge into accessible content.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and improve the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical training content, including digital resources, exercises, and scenarios.
• Deliver selected training sessions where appropriate, focusing on programme coordination and learning impact.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and guest speakers, briefing them and ensuring consistent messaging.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and best practices to improve quality and consistency.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable learning content supporting Consulting.
