Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and manage the Risk and Forensic training programme, translating technical subject matter into clear learning content. The role involves content development, project coordination, and working with specialist contributors to bring real-world insights.

While there will be some training delivery, the emphasis is on programme coordination, developing high-quality materials and continuous improvement in a professional services

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, managing and creating technical training content in a professional services or technical environment.
• Strong learning and development perspective to enhance materials and learning journeys.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and translate specialist knowledge into accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical training content and resources.
• Deliver selected training sessions when appropriate, focusing on content quality and learning improvement.
• Coordinate guest speakers and ensure consistent messaging across sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and best practices.
• Build a library of reusable learning content to support Consulting.
