Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and enhance our technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions. The role focuses on content development, coordination with subject matter experts, and continuous improvement of learning delivery, with some training delivery as required.

You will collaborate with our Talent Development team to build high-quality materials, digital resources and practical exercises, delivering engaging content in a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, managing and creating technical training content.
• Strong learning and development perspective to enhance training materials and learning journeys.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible terms.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organised and able to manage workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
• Create and maintain high-quality training content, including digital resources and practical exercises.
• Deliver selected training sessions where appropriate, focusing on programme quality and learning improvement.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and guest speakers, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and apply learner insights to improve quality and impact of the programme.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable learning content across Consulting.
