Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Trainer to coordinate and manage the training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions. You will develop and maintain technical training content, including digital resources and exercises, and work with subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging.

While there will be some training delivery, the role is primarily programme coordination and content development, with a focus on continuous improvement of the learning experience for Consulting

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, managing and creating technical training content.
• Strong learning and development perspective to improve journeys and outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex topics into accessible learning content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the technical training programme for Risk and Forensic solutions.
• Create and maintain high-quality training content and digital resources.
• Deliver selected sessions where appropriate while focusing on content quality and learning improvement.
• Coordinate guest speakers, briefing and ensuring message consistency.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and best practices.
• Build a library of reusable learning content to support Consulting.
