Job Description:

We are seeking a confident legal professional for the role of Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with 5+ years PQE. This role offers remote working and a competitive salary (DOE). JOB REF: 0609

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE seeking a new challenge.
  • Draft comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, along with conveyancing search report letters for clients.
  • Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security.
  • Provide expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Possess strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaising with clients and colleagues.
