Job summary
Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Engineer to join a high-tech organisation providing managed IT services to established businesses. The role covers technical support, infrastructure, system maintenance and hands-on work at client locations, taking ownership of issues through to resolution.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in a relevant IT role.
- Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
- Strong customer service and written/verbal communication.
- Able to diagnose faults and perform on-site maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical contact for customers and provide effective IT solutions.
- Attend customer premises to diagnose faults, complete repairs and maintain systems.
- Manage support cases and service requests via the Service Desk platform.
- Keep customers informed throughout the support process and adhere to SLAs.
- Escalate significant incidents needing Management intervention.
- Review daily priorities and manage workload to meet actions.
