Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400)

Company: Global Software company - DevOps / version control / Security

Location: Fully remote

Overview:

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments? Our client is a leading software company whose products are used by NASA and other major organizations.

Responsibilities include providing technical support for our client's environment, working on Linux and Windows servers, and acting as the first point of contact for customers.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years in tech support
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with PHP-related technologies
