Quick overview of the role:
The Technical Support Engineer role will be directly responsible to the Technical Director.
The successful applicant will be responsible for management of
remote and site based vibration data analysis within SPM Instrument
UK. The Technical support will have the below responsibilities:
-Vibration data analysis experience (min 2 years)
-Customer Technical Support
-Commissioning of both fixed & wireless monitoring systems.
An ideal candidate will have:
-Have excellent communication and customer service skills
-Be passionate about our products and customer service.
-Have excellent problem-solving skills.
-Be able to act with integrity, consistency and be accountable for own actions.
-Be professional and a good team player.
-Be practical, logical and have good common sense.
-Be highly self-motivated and must be comfortable and able to work on own initiative.
-Have a full, clean UK driving license.
Skills required:
-Computer literate inc. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
-Project and management experience
-Minimum 2 years Condition monitoring analysis experience
Qualifications:
-A recognised mechanical qualification. (Essential)
-Understanding of electromechanical machinery. (Essential)
-Full UK driving licence (Essential)
-ISO18436 CAT I
