A leading provider of energy services is seeking a Technical Services Manager in Birmingham. You will manage building fabric teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivery of maintenance services. The role requires management experience and understanding of building environments. Equans is looking for a Technical Services Manager Fabric (Building) to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
To manage the Building Fabric and teams across the entire QEH contract estate, including trade specific managers. Responsible for the delivery of building, fabric and civil related maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM). The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other contract management related maintenance activities on the estate are completed and records maintained.
This role is essential within the workflow process. The person will be actively involved in developing detailed knowledge for their team and support the wider engineering resource across the QEH contract estate.
