We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Services Coordinator to take responsibility for the smooth operation of building systems across two key office sites.

This office-based role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience in Mechanical & Electrical systems, excellent contractor management skills, and a proactive approach to facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of M&E contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all reactive and planned works are completed to a high standard.
  • Act as the interface between internal stakeholders and the external service delivery team.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and maintain asset registers.
  • Monitor performance standards, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the long-term planning of infrastructure services.
  • Assist in statutory compliance, risk management, and document administration.
  • Support the implementation of energy-saving and smart-building initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of infrastructure projects, office moves, and refurbishments.
  • Oversee contract expenditure, purchase orders, and invoicing to maintain financial transparency.
